Bank Teller

KeyBank is looking for an outgoing and motivated Bank Teller to join our team! As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their financial needs, and promoting banking products. Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner. • Assist customers with their banking needs, including cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, and opening and closing accounts. • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about bank products and services. • Collect and process customer payments for loans, mortgages, and other bank services. • Balance cash drawers and verify accuracy of transactions. • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services. • Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. • Monitor customer activity to detect any suspicious or fraudulent transactions. • Keep workstations organized and clean. • Refer customers to other departments as needed. • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
