Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and assess their banking needs.
2. Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and money transfers.
3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
4. Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
5. Maintain an accurate record of all transactions.
6. Adhere to all banking regulations and policies.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
8. Refer customers to other banking services, such as investment services.
9. Cross-sell bank products and services.
10. Assist in training new tellers.
