Job Description

Kettering Health Network is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Patient Relations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Relations team, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with our patients, responding to inquiries, and providing outstanding service to ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. If you are passionate about helping others and have a desire to make a positive impact on patients’ lives, this could be the right position for you.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds• Experience in customer service and/or public relations• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families. • Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure an exceptional patient experience. • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. • Collaborate with other team members to provide a comprehensive patient experience. • Utilize Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook, to complete required tasks. • Maintain confidentiality of patient information. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
