We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Consumer Experience Support Specialist to join the Keller Williams Realty team. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, promoting the Keller Williams brand, and enhancing the customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the drive to go above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, a passion for helping others, and an understanding of the real estate industry. You should also be an effective communicator with excellent customer service, problem-solving and technical skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
