Job Description

Responsible for management of the sales team in a designated area(s) within a division (may be for entire division, depending on size and volume). Position priorities include achieving sales results while ensuring all company’s processes are followed and customer service standards are achieved. Daily interaction with sales representatives to achieve sales goals that are set by senior leadership. Ensure all sales counselors are using Company’s KBnxt Business Model, specifically our Structured Selling Process and digitized tracking tools such as C3. Work with Sales Representatives to collect and utilize competitor and market analysis to increase sales. Assist (or lead depending on size and volume of the department) with recruiting, selection, training and retention of sales representatives. Provide proper feedback and coaching on sales scorecard metrics. Identify performance gaps and offer solutions to narrow the gap.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekend and holidays

  • Four Year College Degree preferred

  • 3+ years proven sales experience

  • Prior management experience preferred

  • Home building or related industry preferred
