The Construction, Trade Relations is responsible for evaluating and reducing labor and material costs by creating a competitive bid environment and carrying out all cost negotiations. Will analyze existing products, recruit additional trades/vendors and build strong relationships with all trades and vendors. Maintain a diversified trade base minimizing risks associated with trade turnover while maximizing the efficiency and quality of our trade base. Manage new trades to confirm they understand the KB Home process and quality standards while ensuring their onboarding is a success. In coordination with the Mgr. of Trade Relations, continuously bid work to certify our existing trade base is competitively priced. All account categories should be bid out annually with records maintained to verify and demonstrate work performed.
