Options Manager

The Options Manager is responsible for the maintenance and structure of Options, Flooring and Appliance set-up. They will manage the process of analysis, implementation and training of all Options, Flooring and Appliances. In summary, the Options Manager is the liaison between Purchasing and Studio to support the Divisions policies and procedures. Set-up community to bid (Options, Appliances and Flooring documents). Coordinate with the Centralized Purchasing Administration (CPA), Review plans and determine option needs. Perform thorough audit of all option contracts for each new community set up to ensure accurate contracts and retail pricing is in place prior to model selection and going to sale. Maintain Standardized Option Sales Prices, to support right pricing analysis, variable contribution %, Business Plan, and Studio Director/Manager direction. Consider impact to Construction Schedule and field operations when adding new options. Coordinate implementation of new Options and/or new suppliers and vendors with Construction and Customer Service.
