IT Systems Engineer

Lead the day-to-day operations and ensure high availability of the server and storage on-premise and cloud environment documentation. Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware and Hyper-V server infrastructure systems. Install, configure, and support Windows and Linux operating systems. Function as subject matter expert of Active Directory and Office 365 in a multi-domain setting. Create and manage enterprise software deployments using Group Policy and SCCM. Monitor and maintain all Veeam data backups. Use PowerShell and other scripting methods to automate enterprise tasks. Own problems and make sure that the enterprise can function effectively. Coordinate with internal and external resources under the direction of the supervisor. Work with IT leadership and advise hardware and software decisions on an infrastructure level. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles. Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
