EDI/SAP Business Analyst

The EDI/SAP Business Analyst must have sound knowledge about the technical as well as the electronic data interchange. The EDI Coordinator will be a liaison for overseeing and facilitating the onboarding process for the supply base to establish Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with Karma Auto partnering with Covisint, a 3rd party EDI provider. Setup weekly meeting cadence with Covisint and internal teams. Prepare and report out on EDI LIVE supplier project status to senior management on a weekly basis. Maintain and manage any IT issues by raising helpdesk tickets to both SAP & Covisint as needed and follow-up to close out open issues. Develop and manage project tracker, provide a status of all suppliers as part of the validation process to complete the EDI live suppliers E2E; setup, release, ASN transmission, invoice issue and payment. Ensure MRP Parameters are properly defined and maintained.
