Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Product Planning, the Business Strategy Specialist is responsible for the development and ongoing management of strategy, budgeting and KPI documentation. Manage companywide Strategy and KPI development, documentation and tracking. Prepare executive level materials and presentations to support strategic objectives. Assist with the creation of proposals and business cases to drive the Karma Product Lifecycle Management system and maximize revenue and profit. Manage the overall departmental budgeting and forecasting process. Plan and execute day-to-day activities including business process analysis, future state process design, data and business case analysis, and provide recommendations in the areas of process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
