  1. Analyze workload trends and make recommendations for staffing levels and resource allocation.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving workflow and efficiency.
  3. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with workload policies and procedures.
  5. Assist in the development of training programs for staff to optimize workload management.
  6. Communicate workload changes and updates to department staff in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and timely delivery of patient care.
  8. Identify and address any potential issues or challenges related to workload management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve workload management processes.
  10. Provide support and guidance to department staff regarding workload management and processes.
  11. Act as a liaison between department staff and management to address workload-related concerns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  12. Develop and maintain workload reports and dashboards for management review.
  13. Participate in meetings and committees to contribute workload expertise and make recommendations for process improvement.
  14. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to workload and staffing.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Perioperative Services department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Perioperative Services.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Perioperative Operations, Including Surgical Scheduling, Staff Management, And Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Diverse Team And Build Relationships With Stakeholders.
