- Analyze workload trends and make recommendations for staffing levels and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with workload policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of training programs for staff to optimize workload management.
- Communicate workload changes and updates to department staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and timely delivery of patient care.
- Identify and address any potential issues or challenges related to workload management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve workload management processes.
- Provide support and guidance to department staff regarding workload management and processes.
- Act as a liaison between department staff and management to address workload-related concerns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain workload reports and dashboards for management review.
- Participate in meetings and committees to contribute workload expertise and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to workload and staffing.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Perioperative Services department.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Perioperative Services.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Perioperative Operations, Including Surgical Scheduling, Staff Management, And Supply Chain Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Diverse Team And Build Relationships With Stakeholders.
