Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as our Vice President, Data & Analytics at Kaiser Permanente. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the development of our data and analytics programs across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders across the company to create and implement strategies to maximize the value of our data, and provide insights to inform decision-making.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, as well as at least 10 years of experience in the data and analytics field. You must also have a proven track record of success in developing and leading data and analytics initiatives. Additionally, you must be an excellent communicator, able to effectively articulate complex topics to both technical and nontechnical audiences, and have strong project management and organizational skills.If you’re passionate about data and analytics, and are looking for an exciting challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to maximize the value of data and analytics across the organization.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of data and analytics initiatives.
  3. Work collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities for data and analytics.
  4. Analyze data and draw insights to inform decision-making.
  5. Effectively communicate complex topics to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  6. Manage and organize data and analytics projects.
  7. Monitor and evaluate data and analytics trends.
  8. Provide feedback and recommendations on data and analytics initiatives.
  9. Ensure data and analytics programs are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies.
