  1. Provide prompt and efficient care to patients in need of urgent medical attention.
  2. Assist in triaging patients and determining their level of urgency.
  3. Take vital signs and record patient information accurately.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
  5. Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment for patient care.
  6. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  7. Follow infection control and safety protocols.
  8. Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans.
  9. Perform diagnostic tests and procedures as ordered by healthcare providers.
  10. Document and maintain accurate patient records.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
  12. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  13. Assist with scheduling appointments and referrals.
  14. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  15. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Equipment.

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Urgent Care.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Colleagues, And Healthcare Providers.

  • Proficient In Basic Computer Skills And Electronic Medical Record (Emr) Systems.
