Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Ultrasound Technologist to join our Kaiser Permanente team. This position requires an individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have an upbeat personality, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.The successful Ultrasound Technologist we hire will be responsible for performing ultrasounds for a variety of medical purposes. This includes scanning, interpreting images, and providing patient education. As a member of our team, you will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic care.The ideal candidate will have at least an Associate’s degree in ultrasound technology and have a current certification in the specialty. In addition, the candidate will have at least one year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist. You should also be familiar with safety protocols and have the ability to use medical imaging equipment.We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients and providing them with the highest quality of care. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform ultrasounds for a variety of medical purposes, including scanning, interpreting images, and providing patient education.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic care.
  3. Maintain a current certification in the specialty and use medical imaging equipment.
  4. Follow safety protocols and adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain an upbeat personality and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
  6. Provide patients with the highest quality of care and a positive experience.
  7. Maintain accurate records and document patient care.
  8. Remain up to date with advancements in the field of ultrasound technology.
