  1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.

  4. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Educate patients on proper exercises and techniques to improve physical function and prevent future injuries.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  7. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all patient interactions.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
  9. Stay current with advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  10. Advocate for the importance of physical therapy in overall health and well-being.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding of treatment plans and progress.
  13. Adhere to all policies and procedures set by Kaiser Permanente.
  14. Collaborate with insurance companies and complete necessary paperwork for reimbursement.
  15. Continuously monitor and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for patient treatment.
  16. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental goals and strategies.
  17. Provide guidance and support to physical therapy assistants and other support staff.
  18. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  19. Attend and participate in professional conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
  20. Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active And Unrestricted State Licensure As A Physical Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physical Therapist In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Musculoskeletal, Neuromuscular, And Cardiopulmonary Conditions.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Critical Thinking Skills.
