We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping others and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.In order to excel in this role, you must have a valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist. Additionally, proficiency in operating MRI equipment and knowledge of imaging protocols is required.We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   1. Perform and interpret MRI scans for patients in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure all MRI equipment is properly functioning and maintained.
  3. Follow established imaging protocols and safety measures to ensure high-quality images are obtained.
  4. Communicate with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding throughout the imaging process.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  6. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  7. Keep accurate records of patient information and imaging results.
  8. Continuously update knowledge and skills in MRI technology and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure efficient workflow.
  10. Provide exceptional patient care by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
  11. Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Participate in quality assurance activities and assist with maintaining accreditation standards.
  14. Assist with training and mentoring new MRI technologists.
  15. Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
  16. Provide excellent customer service to patients, their families, and visitors.
  17. Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
  18. Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding MRI procedures and safety.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  20. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and overall quality of care.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Mri Technologist

  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field

  • Certification In Mri Through The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt)

  • Knowledge Of Mri Equipment And Procedures, Including Safety Protocols

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting, With Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills.
