  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for various healthcare technology projects and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical documentation
  • Conduct research and interviews to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly content
  • Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials for healthcare technology systems and tools
  • Edit and proofread technical documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
  • Assist in the development of training programs and materials for healthcare technology users
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve technical writing skills
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner for non-technical audiences
  • Review and provide feedback on technical documents created by team members
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates on technical writing projects
  • Adhere to project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure user-centered design in technical documentation
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline technical writing processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Technical Writing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Technical Writing, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Writing And Editing Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standard Software And Tools, Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Microsoft Office.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
