- Develop and maintain technical documentation for various healthcare technology projects and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical documentation
- Conduct research and interviews to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly content
- Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials for healthcare technology systems and tools
- Edit and proofread technical documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
- Assist in the development of training programs and materials for healthcare technology users
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve technical writing skills
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner for non-technical audiences
- Review and provide feedback on technical documents created by team members
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates on technical writing projects
- Adhere to project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure user-centered design in technical documentation
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline technical writing processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Technical Writing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Technical Writing, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Writing And Editing Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.
Familiarity With Industry Standard Software And Tools, Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Microsoft Office.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
