  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain processes and ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain processes with overall business goals.
  6. Develop and maintain supply chain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company objectives.
  7. Mentor and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies.
  9. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Represent the organization in external meetings and events related to supply chain management.
  11. Communicate supply chain updates and initiatives to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues and escalate as needed.
  13. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in supply chain management and incorporate them into the organization's processes and strategies.
  14. Ensure adherence to ethical and sustainability standards in the supply chain process.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Procurement, And Vendor Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Cost-Saving Strategies.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
