  1. Coordinate and maintain staffing schedules for healthcare professionals to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  2. Communicate with healthcare professionals and department managers to understand staffing needs and make necessary adjustments to schedules.
  3. Monitor and track staff availability, time-off requests, and schedule changes.
  4. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to onboard and schedule new staff members.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff schedules, availability, and time-off requests.
  6. Work closely with payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of staff hours and wages.
  7. Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.
  8. Support managers and supervisors in filling any last-minute staffing needs or emergencies.
  9. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements in all scheduling practices.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to all staff members by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns related to scheduling.
  12. Assist with other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
