  1. Perform skilled nursing assessments and provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients according to established standards and protocols.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and accurately document all patient care activities.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and healing environment.
  5. Prioritize and delegate tasks to other team members as appropriate.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  8. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  9. Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the organization's mission, vision, and values in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  10. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families during challenging situations.
  11. Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that all patient rights are respected and upheld.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements related to nursing practice.
  13. Act as a role model for professional behavior and maintain a positive attitude and demeanor at all times.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  16. Act as a mentor and resource for new and less experienced nurses on the team.
  17. Collaborate with community resources and organizations to promote health and wellness in the community.
  18. Participate in departmental and organizational meetings and committees as required.
  19. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the nursing supervisor or department manager.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certification

  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment
