- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on advancements in labor and delivery care and maintain licensure and certifications.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Staff Nurse - Labor And Delivery At Kaiser Permanente Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, As It Provides A Strong Foundation In Healthcare Principles And Clinical Skills.
Current Rn Licensure: The Candidate Should Hold A Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing To Ensure Compliance With Legal And Professional Standards.
