  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times.
  16. Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
  17. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families.
  18. Attend trainings and educational opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  19. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards.
  20. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Bls And Acls Certification.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Labor And Delivery Nursing.

  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills.
