  1. Provide compassionate care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Main Operating Room.
  2. Utilize strong clinical knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and efficient care.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to establish trust and promote positive patient outcomes.
  5. Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  6. Monitor patients' conditions and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
  7. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  8. Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in surgical nursing.
  10. Serve as a role model for excellent patient care and professionalism.

  15. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  16. Act as a patient advocate and ensure that patients' needs and preferences are respected and addressed.
  17. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and huddles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certifications.

  • Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Where The Position Is Located.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited College Or University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In An Operating Room Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment.
