Master's Degree In Speech-Language Pathology: A Speech Therapist At Kaiser Permanente Should Hold A Master's Degree In Speech-Language Pathology From An Accredited University.
Certificate Of Clinical Competence (Ccc): The Candidate Must Possess A Ccc, Which Is A Nationally Recognized Certification From The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (Asha).
State Licensure: The Candidate Should Hold A Valid And Current State License To Practice As A Speech Therapist In The State Where The Kaiser Permanente Facility Is Located.
Experience In An Inpatient Setting: It Is Preferred That The Candidate Has Previous Experience Working With Inpatients, As They Will Be Responsible For Treating Patients In A Hospital Setting.
Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records: Kaiser Permanente Utilizes Electronic Medical Records, So The Candidate Should Have Experience With This System Or Be Willing To Undergo Training In Its Use.
