  12. Provide support and guidance to other healthcare professionals when needed.
  13. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  14. Continuously assess and improve treatment methods to provide the best possible care to patients.
  15. Represent Kaiser Permanente and its values of excellence and compassion in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification From The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (Asha)

  • A Master's Degree In Speech-Language Pathology Or A Related Field

  • State Licensure In Speech-Language Pathology

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Adult Inpatient Populations

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Ability To Document Patient Progress Accurately And Efficiently
