Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and care management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Maintain sterile and safe working environment.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with advances in nursing care.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Current
Two Years Of Acute Care Nursing Experience
Current Bls And Acls Certification
Valid California Registered Nursing License
At Least One Year Of Experience In A Specialty Unit
Ability To Work In A High-Pressure Environment With A Diverse Patient Population
Knowledge Of Patient Safety And Infection Control Policies And Procedures
Computer Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records.
