Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Quality Specialist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about quality assurance and eager to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of quality assurance processes. Additionally, you should have the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and standards for products and services.
  2. Monitor and inspect products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Develop and implement quality assurance programs and procedures.
  4. Analyze quality assurance data and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for products and services.
  6. Conduct investigations into customer complaints and other quality issues.
  7. Create detailed reports on quality assurance activities and results.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
  9. Stay up-to-date on quality assurance best practices and trends.
  10. Provide training and guidance on quality assurance processes and procedures to colleagues.
