- Provide high-quality and compassionate healthcare to patients in accordance with Kaiser Permanente's standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as authorized by the supervising physician.
- Perform procedures and minor surgeries as appropriate to the scope of practice.
- Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Stay current on medical advancements, best practices, and evidence-based medicine through continuing education and professional development.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other Physician Assistants and healthcare support staff.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing healthcare practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction and actively seek ways to improve the patient experience.

- Adhere to all Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures, including those related to safety, infection control, and confidentiality.
Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working As A Physician Assistant, Preferably In A Primary Care Or Specialty Setting.
Current Certification As A Physician Assistant By The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge In The Diagnosis, Treatment, And Management Of Common Medical Conditions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
