- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for all patients.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in coordinating and overseeing the work of other physician assistants and medical staff.
- Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and procedures, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing Kaiser Permanente to patients, colleagues, and the community.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

Current Certification From The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Physician Assistant In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Patients And Colleagues.
