We are looking for an experienced Senior PACS Administrator to join our Kaiser Permanente team. As a Senior PACS Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), overseeing the daily operations of the system, and providing guidance to the team.To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in PACS systems and their associated technologies, as well as excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the PACS
  3. Provide guidance and support to the team
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the PACS
  5. Monitor system performance and ensure peak efficiency
  6. Develop training materials and train team members on the use of the system
  7. Work with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the system
  8. Monitor data security and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
  9. Develop and implement strategies for continuously improving the PACS
  10. Create reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science

  • Minimum Of Years Of Experience In Pacs Administration

  • Hl

  • And Other Imaging Protocols

  • Familiarity With A Variety Of Imaging Modalities

  • Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Imaging Systems

  • Experience With System Upgrades And Maintenance
