  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

  6. Document all patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Serve as a mentor and resource for other occupational therapy staff members.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field of occupational therapy.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of departmental policies and procedures.
  12. Provide education and training to patients and their families on how to continue therapy techniques and exercises at home.
  13. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed and resolved.
  14. Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to therapy.
  15. Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Kaiser Permanente and promote a culture of compassion, excellence, and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Occupational Therapist, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Current State License To Practice Occupational Therapy.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Therapists.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records And Other Computer-Based Systems.
