- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of departmental policies and procedures.

- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to therapy.

Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Occupational Therapist, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Current State License To Practice Occupational Therapy.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Therapists.
Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records And Other Computer-Based Systems.
