  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts and pricing.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment to all Kaiser Permanente facilities.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and implement measures to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain processes.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and policies for the supply chain department.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of quality assurance.
  11. Identify and address any supply chain issues or disruptions promptly and effectively.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
  13. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to streamline supply chain operations.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.
  15. Act as a liaison between suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders to resolve any supply chain-related issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Supply Chain Operations, Including Inventory Management, Vendor Relationships, And Cost Control.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Supply Chain Strategies And Driving Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Manage A Team And Collaborate Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
