  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain processes and operations.
  2. Oversee the procurement of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
  3. Manage inventory levels and distribution of supplies to various healthcare facilities within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate supply levels and timely delivery of medical equipment and supplies.
  5. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  7. Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and training.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  9. Develop and maintain a disaster preparedness plan for the supply chain to ensure continuity of operations.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies in the supply chain process.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to continuously improve processes.
  12. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and mission.
  14. Serve as a liaison between the supply chain team and other departments, communicating updates, issues, and progress.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing strategic input and support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: A Senior Manager At Kaiser Permanente Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Strong Track Record Of Success In Leading And Managing Complex Supply Chain Operations.
