- Lead and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Kaiser Permanente to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies and processes to support the organization's long-term goals.
- Drive strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and execute financial plans that align with the organization's overall objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee the budgeting process and provide guidance to department managers in developing their budgets.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Represent the organization in meetings and presentations related to financial planning and analysis.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert on financial planning and analysis, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Reporting Tools, Such As Sap, Hyperion, And Tableau.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Financial Analysts.
