  1. Lead and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Kaiser Permanente to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  2. Develop and implement financial planning strategies and processes to support the organization's long-term goals.
  3. Drive strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  4. Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and execute financial plans that align with the organization's overall objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
  7. Oversee the budgeting process and provide guidance to department managers in developing their budgets.
  8. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  10. Represent the organization in meetings and presentations related to financial planning and analysis.
  11. Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  13. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on financial planning and analysis, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Reporting Tools, Such As Sap, Hyperion, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Financial Analysts.
