  1. Develop and implement financial planning strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of Kaiser Permanente.
  2. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational targets.
  3. Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership, utilizing data and industry insights.
  4. Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional development.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analyses to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to meet financial targets.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including department leaders, vendors, and consultants.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform financial planning and analysis strategies.
  9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline financial planning and analysis processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  12. Participate in strategic planning discussions and provide financial insights and recommendations.
  13. Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
  14. Represent Kaiser Permanente in a professional manner and uphold the organization's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Advanced Analytical Skills And Be Able To Interpret Complex Financial Data To Provide Strategic Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: Kaiser Permanente Is A Healthcare Organization, And The Senior Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry And Its Complexities, Including Healthcare Regulations, Reimbursement Models, And Market Trends.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Financial Analysts And Professionals, Providing Guidance, And Fostering A Collaborative And High-Performing Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Presenting Financial Information And Insights To Senior Leadership, So Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are A Must.
