- Oversee and direct all financial planning and analysis activities for Kaiser Permanente.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Provide guidance and support to department leaders in creating and managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.

Advanced Degree In Finance Or Accounting: A Senior Manager In Financial Planning And Analysis At Kaiser Permanente Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Practices.
Extensive Experience In Financial Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. This Experience Should Include Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.
