  1. Lead and manage complex IT projects related to healthcare technology, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on IT initiatives and investments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT problems and issues.
  4. Stay updated on the latest healthcare technology trends and advancements to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  5. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
  6. Train and mentor junior IT professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate potential IT solutions and make recommendations for implementation.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  9. Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
  10. Work closely with external vendors and contractors to manage relationships and ensure quality of work.
  11. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  12. Continuously assess and improve existing IT processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring optimal allocation of IT resources.
  14. Adhere to all applicable regulations and standards related to healthcare technology and data security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Consulting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Industry Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Hitech.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Large-Scale It Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
