Responsibilities of the Senior Director of Category Management:

  1. Develop and execute strategic category management plans to maximize business results for KP and its affiliated organizations.
  2. Lead global strategic sourcing initiatives.
  3. Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
  4. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
  5. Utilize industry best practices to ensure cost savings and efficiency in sourcing processes.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  7. Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  8. Monitor and analyze category performance metrics.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
