Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. This is a great opportunity for an analytical thinker who is passionate about problem solving and improving business processes. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the chance to use your knowledge and expertise to help us better understand our customers and streamline our operations.The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of business operations, customer service, project management and data analysis. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A Master’s degree and/or professional certification is a plus.
