- Provide exceptional customer service to all Kaiser Permanente members by responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and concerns.
- Actively promote Kaiser Permanente's services and offerings to potential and existing members.
- Assist in the enrollment process for new members by explaining benefits, answering questions, and guiding them through the necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all member interactions and sales activities.
- Conduct follow-up calls and email campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to make informed recommendations to potential and existing members.
- Address and resolve member complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Kaiser Permanente at various events and community outreach programs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures to enhance the member experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Sales Opportunities And Develop Effective Solutions.
