  1. Greet and welcome members to Kaiser Permanente, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to members by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Educate members on the various healthcare options available through Kaiser Permanente.
  4. Assist members in navigating the enrollment process and explain the benefits of different healthcare plans.
  5. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure member satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Kaiser Permanente's services, products, and policies.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Keep detailed records of member interactions and update customer profiles as needed.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  10. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  13. Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the member experience and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance services.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales And Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales And Customer Service, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
