RN, Team Lead, Dermatology

We are looking for an experienced and passionate RN Team Lead to join our Dermatology team at Kaiser Permanente! As an RN Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and services in our dermatology department. You will be responsible for managing the team to ensure that services are delivered in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a dermatology setting, ideally with experience in the medical field. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong customer service orientation, and be able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional, compassionate, and collaborative approach and be comfortable with both medical and administrative tasks.
