RN, Team Lead, Dermatology

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Registered Nurse to join our Dermatology team at Kaiser Permanente. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to delivering excellence within the health care system.This position requires a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of experience in Dermatology, an RN license in good standing, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The Team Lead Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing the daily clinical operations of the Dermatology unit, providing leadership and supervision to staff, and ensuring that the highest quality of care is provided to our patients. In addition, the Team Lead will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing initiatives to enhance performance, and providing guidance and support to team members.We are looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and exhibit a positive attitude while delivering the highest level of care to our patients.
