  1. Providing exceptional patient care to a diverse patient population in the Med Surg Telemetry unit.
  2. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  3. Conducting thorough patient assessments and accurately documenting all findings.
  4. Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and protocols.
  5. Monitoring and interpreting patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
  6. Responding promptly to changes in patient condition and communicating any concerns to the healthcare team.

  • Ability To Work 12-Hour Night Shifts And Rotate Weekends, With Flexibility For Overtime As Needed
