
RN - Interventional Radiology
We are looking for a special Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Interventional Radiology Department at Kaiser Permanente. Our ideal candidate will have the required qualifications, and the ability to bring a positive and professional presence to our team. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional care to our patients. This position requires a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California, as well as a minimum of 2 to 3 years of interventional radiology experience. The successful candidate must also have a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging, radiation safety, and sterile technique. In addition, they must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a positive, patient-centered attitude. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to patients within the Interventional Radiology Department at Kaiser Permanente.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive and professional presence.
- Ensure adherence to the State of California nursing regulations, and applicable laws.
- Maintain a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging, radiation safety, and sterile technique practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other medical staff.
- Use excellent problem-solving skills to assess patient needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure the highest quality of patient care and safety standards are met.
- Demonstrate a patient-centered attitude in all interactions.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
Current Rn License In The State Of Practice
Working Knowledge Of Medical Terminology
Excellent
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
At Least Two Years Of Experience In Interventional Radiology Or Equivalent
