RN Clinic Manager, General/Plastic Surgery

We’re looking for an experienced RN Clinic Manager with specialized knowledge in General/Plastic Surgery to join our Kaiser Permanente team. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with an eye for detail, who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient functioning of our clinic.The successful candidate will be a strong leader and team player who is comfortable multitasking and working with a diverse group of healthcare professionals. This position requires a commitment to upholding Kaiser Permanente’s core values and standards of excellence.To be successful in this role, we require that you possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, current licensure in the state of California, and at least 5 years of experience in a related leadership role. Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily operations of the General/Plastic Surgery Clinic, including staff supervision, budgeting, and scheduling

• Ensure clinic meets all Kaiser Permanente standards of excellence and core values • Ensure timely and accurate patient care and documentation • Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Ensure staff is up to date on all necessary certifications • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency • Monitor financials and recommend cost-saving initiatives • Monitor quality assurance initiatives • Create and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
