RN Clinic Manager, General/Plastic Surgery

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinic Manager in our General/Plastic Surgery department at Kaiser Permanente. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence, and will bring strong organizational and communication skills to this exciting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the clinic, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care in a safe and comfortable environment.To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse license, and have at least three years of management experience in a clinic or other healthcare setting. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the clinic, ensuring patients receive the highest quality care in a safe and comfortable environment. • Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and setting goals. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations. • Monitor performance and ensure the clinic meets all regulatory and accreditation standards. • Maintain accurate records and documentation on patient care and billing procedures. • Monitor and manage clinic budgets. • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve care. • Liaise with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is of the highest quality. • Develop marketing plans to increase patient outreach and engagement.
