RN Clinic Manager, General/Plastic Surgery

We’re looking for an experienced and organized RN Clinic Manager to join our General/Plastic Surgery team at Kaiser Permanente. Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of a General/Plastic Surgery clinic, including staff, scheduling, and patient flow.
2. Ensure quality patient care is provided in accordance with Kaiser Permanente standards.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
4. Supervise and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective action as needed.
5. Monitor patient satisfaction, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to meet and exceed patient expectations.
6. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
7. Assist with budgeting and forecasting to ensure clinic financial performance.
8. Track clinic metrics and performance indicators to ensure goals are met.
9. Facilitate communication between physicians, staff, and patients.
10. Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
