We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As an RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and at least two years of professional nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting. In addition, you should possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about the medical system and processes, and have the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
