  • Conduct and interpret pulmonary function tests for patients with respiratory conditions
  • Educate patients on the purpose and results of pulmonary function testing
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Administer respiratory treatments and medication as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Stay current on advancements and changes in respiratory therapy techniques and technology
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any concerns or questions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Current Licensure As A Respiratory Therapist (Rt) In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pulmonary Function Testing And Interpretation.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Pulmonary Function Testing Equipment.
